A few weeks later they called the board of health on me.I review the items from board of health, and they are very ridiculous.Example, stain on the ceiling (need repair), the toilet seat is old and not smooth (need repair), tenant has no access to the basement, I don't post my contact information in the building ... etc.What is your opinion on this matter if you have encountered it in the past?

We are not going to continue with any work until we get the ok from the council but would like to make this transition as smooth and efficient as possible. 

Often times pouring boiling water down the drains will help clear this.I do like the product THRIFT (which is sodium hydroxide crystals) for clearing out clogs and keeping sinks running smoothly; it's impressive to watch work with hot water. 

We have a little over a year under our belt with the SFH and it has gone pretty smooth.

I just try to have good tools in place to make the process run as smooth as possible and get my to my goal with ease.

I pick it up, place it in the back of the truck and ratchet strap it in place.  5 min later while driving down a straight, smooth road the oven (still strapped in) falls over and the glass bust out of the door.
