There are all sorts of "levels" here on BP. 

We sort of fell in to this investment.

Some people are comfortable driving a clunker car others want a status symbol vehicle of some sorts . 

The biggest benefit of the LLC is in being able to have a sort of firewall between your companies and self.

There are no public testimonials because I have limitations and restrictions on that sort of thing.

My sister and I are not opposed to some sort of buy in as well, as it would likely help my father clear up some debts, and would just be nice to help him realize some sort of lump sum gain, in addition to what would likely be a share of monthly rental income.We are looking at setting up a trust to accomplish all of this, but are just at the beginning of this journey. 

But it's sort of similar.

As far as having trusted resources and vendors to help.Please let me know if you want to take a stab.At doing one up here I am loaded up with all sorts of resources.

2) Assuming I can proceed and put the home under an LLC of some sort, what would stop the tenant from just checking the county tax records and finding out who is listed as the last purchaser, and from there come after my family?
