After doing some internet research this is pretty close to what I have discovered. 

I have basically a litany of complaints about the way biggerpockets has evolved in recent years and yet it is still by far the single best place to discuss real estate on the internet.

Look at all the KPIs like occupancy and rate.Do you have other expenses that go up, like utilities, yard care, internet on MTR?
