Hi,A little confused about the MLS website.From what I've read, I would not be able to access the MLS unless I have a real estate license but i went onto MLS.com and found that I can just register for a free trial (it's actually $1) after being redirected to GETFORECLOSEDHOME.com.

What I mean by that is they regularly contradict themselves and they try to worm their way out of responsibility for anything they do or redirect the conversation to what their neighbors are doing.

I don't know if Postlets allow a call back to allow something like that, right now the only way I can see it done would be to redirect the applicant to your own web site for a "next step" and you can implement a form on your own web site.

The property will be in its own LLC and as the cashflow comes in, i redirect it back to my main company "Rgcompanies" and continue to do so with all new properties.Have i got the picture of the flow right or did i get it all wrong?

Once you have a domain purchased you can then redirect it to a hosting company, I prefer a2 hosting and boom you have a website up and running.
