I understand that isn't what you thought initially but 15k is insane to get what you got and ended up with.There is way to much social med. crap that "get rich quick" is a pure and total smoke screen regarding real estate.

I also enjoy their podcast and the free resources they put out.No experience with the other.

Once you find something you can actually enjoy (and even love), it won’t feel like work anymore.

After about 6mo I ended up meeting the love of my life which opened my eyes to thinking further down the road than I had been previously and although I really enjoy the Casino Marketing game, I soon realized it would not be the best path to achieving my life/financial goals for my future family.
