A premature welcome to Denver!

Although premature, I felt an S-Corp was going to be my ultimate goal.

Eventually you will have to pull the trigger but doing so prematurely can be very costly.

In 2007, the SHTF, the hard money pool dried up and all that was left was credit driven hard money loan programs, (my credit got destroyed in 2005-2006 due to a high risk pregnancy and premature birth of my first boy- he's fine now.)So, I turned to online marketing, specializing in direct response copywriting and webmaster work, and I've done that ever since, but I have never stopped wanting to be investing in real estate again.

Determining market demand based on a 200 mailer campaign response rate is way way premature. 

Ventilation is key...not only in naturally cooling you home but, without it, your shingles will age prematurely.  

I know this may be a little premature since I have not even gotten their applications back yet but I was wondering what people thought.

(we don't have the contract signed yet, so this is a bit premature - but it's looking good, he's given us a "verbal acceptance" and said we'll have the contract Monday).
