Sad story, but I wouldn't worry about pot.  

Other similar examples I would group that with: highway billboard, park bench ad, food separator when buying food at the grocery store and you place your food on the conveyor belt for the cashier, etc.

In summary, I demoed a bath and I'm considering an ADA bath that can be used by someone that may or may not benefit of the grab bars, handles, shower bench, low or no threshold shower base (no tub) and a handheld shower.
