Hello I have a mobile home.

My friend wants to reinvest this money into a mobile home subdivision for 1.3 million using the 10-31 (his words).

And I meant Facebook Marketplace, they have a classifieds like section now that you can list rentals, sell mobile homes, etc. 

Can a mobile home/manufactured home to be placed on property I already own be purchased on a 1031exchange?

“Hero stuff”… sure but only because I’m doing what I’m doing for my family.2) Integrity and morality years ago… I made a killing… I made great money flipping paper, houses and doing sub-to deals.But after the dust settled I started questioning my financial success……  at the cost of others … for whom maybe after I made a lot more that I expected on a property, I could have sent some of those families a thank you ($$$).I didn’t.More recently I met with a lady who wanted to sell her mobile home and land … it was rough…She wanted.

We discovered lots of portable eelectric heaters around the house. 

We sold off several of them over the past year or two so I’m down to about 40 single-family homes and 100 units mobile home parks now.

His course material is comprehensive and he is knowledgeable regarding mobile home investing.  

(more menu items, mobile order, delivery,  Door dash, etc) That's awesome that you mentioned the Farmers agency because I am currently in the market for one as I prepare to move to Texas as there are a couple of them for sale in the area i'm moving to.

Is this how portability savings work?
