I am as guilty as anyone but shouldnt we have some knowledge on this subject since it could greatly enhance all of our businesses?

IF you are in a nice area then you must do it if the law says so without feeling guilty.

Pending equals not guilty yet so I can see that.The damage a grow op can do to a property is amazing.I watched some Mike Holmes episodes and some law enforcement videos and the damage is huge.How strong of a renter are they??

as matty said, greg may not be out to intentionally screw over people by selling crap, but the way he worded his post made it seem that way....marc, you're a man of the note business, so you understand what he's saying proabably...sorry to say, i'm not as sophisticated with the note lingo as you, and i see it as many people would see it...keeping 'the good ones' implies that you're not keeping (thus selling) the 'not good ones', (the crap)....maybe not what greg meant exactly, but that's the way my eyes read it...i geuss it's a good lesson for us all on typing a little slower and thinking out our posts...i know i'm guilty of letting my fingers go rapid fire sometimes!

I wanted to clarify to you and anyone else who may read this post reply that I am guilty of having posted a partner request without all the figures...let me explainI understand that you can buy real estate with 0 money out of my own pocket, however the real estate agents in my area seem very hesitant to even work with me because they know I do not have the funds to close a deal.

I am guilty of this when I am off by about 5k.
