Well lesson learned, keep renting it, I assume its a 3 br so you are getting at least 1k a month, So over time the " pain " will fade .

I first look to understand more about their situation and potential motivators/pain points.

I do not know of any such sites; however, my clients, when talking to a potential seller, listened to their pain points and tried to understand and empathize with their core 'why?'

It's more of the financing (and process) as we've heard 203k can be a pain.
