RE is highly cyclical and down markets can be painful for years…especially with leveraged properties.Good luck out there :)

You can have a generic ads copy but if you have great video quality and you are hitting all of the pain points in the video, you will start seeing tremendous results. 

Some renovations loans out there but the rates and prepays can be painful.

Keep in mind, when I have a bad month or an eviction etc it would be very painful if I was only relying on my rental income.   

The cash flow usually disappears because of old buildings and cap ex, and tenants that are harder to manage.We're in a market that provides both, and there are a lot of markets in the country that can provide both.Good luck with the potential purchase.

Property management is a pretty painful industry similar to general contracting... no one ever calls to tell you how grateful they are that the heat is working lolHere in Illinois, the answer is yes or you at least need to have a managing broker on your team as JW mentioned above. 

License bed transactions can be a real pain.

If you search these forums you will find countless syndication investors burned by paused redemptions, loss of most or all of their principal, investment promoters disappearing, etc.

Not try to get advice and then disappear altogether- after all, that’s how these sites work: Help one another - not simply try to help yourself!
