I have been approved for 1.2m by lender in last two months for some small mIti package that didnt work out, but If I want to go as big as possIble and I dont have the whole 675k ready like now, seems like they don’t want to send me over a $2m deal if the cash isn’t ready.

But I still need my hundred and twenty in cash and you can take over the payments on the 330. (3/3)That payment is right around 3800 Piti on income of a little bit under 7 Grand if you got them all rented (1/2)So I can't take a partial assumption on one property out of the 5 property package.

Tracking the development of the relationships with potential investors may become a cumbersome task - and the burden of proof is placed upon the syndicator to prove that the pre-existing relationship was formed at the time a potential investor was provided a 506(b) deal package.

I can have a full package out for electronic signatures in 10 minutes.

Because of how much debt we have accumulated through our guru real estate package we’re very much hesitant on following or paying for other real estate advice.

My logic is that this deal is actually 4 separate property package deal, 6 buildings total. 4 fourplexes, 1 triplex, and 1 duplex.

I'm interested in the package that BP has available, but there is one caveat that I'm unsure about.

The objective of the campaign is to purchase buy and hold packages of single family or small/medium multifamily properties from these owners.  

I currently run a packaging shop and have a small handyman business.
