So, those who have been hit with there financing adjusting to triple and quadruple the money cost, slingshotted from life in the green to being deep in the red.

Three beers and six hours of folding can not be my life if I want to get to my ideal volume which would be around 1-2k per month once I'm able to afford the list and the postage. 

While doing an Airbnb seems like a good idea it does not resolve the issue of the divorce and splitting the propertyI still think your best bet is to drop the price and sell it and start your life over.

Anyone here made the 'switch' from stocks (pre-tax investment/401K) to RE midway or later in life? 

It was the most confusing conversation I've had in my life.
