I think one thing that causes so many people to get their license...then ultimately leave the industry quickly is a complete misunderstanding of what being a real estate agent means.

I mean no offense in any of these statements, please do not misunderstand (I just love what I do).

All that is moot here as your loan does not apply to begin with but there is still a very large misunderstanding of these rules by many private investors.

There is even more misunderstandings when MERs is involved.
