You make a commission off the sales and they provide the leads, systems for you to work.

I find I either get poor quality leads or outright scams.

I do not wish to waste my time watching videos,searching the internet for how tos and what I should be doing.

As you note exiting any RE that does not have some appreciation of a significant amount over say a 5 to 10 year hold generally speaking is going to lead to a loss at sale.

I like to garden in my free time, this summer i noticed how much we saved with the garden and I've been watching more videos on personal finance.

Think of me like that old friend who can’t help but dish out stories over coffee; xcept my stories sometimes lead you to the kind of deals that nudge your portfolio from “just okay” to “damn, that’s impressive.”

Will add though, that a good PMC will immediately alert an owner about what their property really is and the expected challenges.Unfortunately, a decent portion of the time we do this, owners either don't want to believe the Evaluation Video we send them or decide to sell.
