Other options might be Geico (Government Employees Insurance Company), they're underwritten by Homesite, or Berkshire Hathaway....Their coverage is decent and the claim handlers were allowed somewhat liberal adjusting principles, in the last 1-2 years...

Unfortunately, as liberal as California is, it’s not the only state with this law.This means you're pretty much required to inspect your property every 30 days to make sure you don't have squatters.

Even the most liberal judge would see that for what it is, as contract law is all about a meeting of the minds (which would obviously occur if the tenant is occupying the unit, paying the stated rent, and adhering to the stated terms).

First, I broker apts and have done ONE student housing deal in 20 years, so not an expert by any stretch.In PDX, a lot of the weak-sisters like the for-profit liberal arts colleges are having a real tough time.
