Normal state rules would limit ADU to 50% of current dwelling.  

This strategy starts to compound when you find homes that have an ADU (accessory dwelling unit, casita, bungalow, etc…) along with the main house.

FYI, State Farm, at least here, uses a percentage of the dwelling coverage as the deductible amount.

Umbrella insurance (beyond the liability insurance for each rental dwelling) is far less.

High density is 40+ dwelling units per acre.

looking to meet others involved in the Green Healthy home certification process I see i can get up to $6300 per multi Family property reimbursed to be Green Heathy Home certified and know Rents are higher in certified buildings. spending a little to improve properties seems to generate  30%  Instant appreciation  so let's meet up it's time to rebuild. connect and suggest times to meet or just Zoom? 

The property types that would most be affected are "soft story" dwellings and single families or small multis built on un-reinforced cripple walls.
