4) Climate Issues - Is the area vulnerable to increased flooding?

Being overseas sets you up in a vulnerable position since you can't come over here very easily, so it will be critical that you work with someone legit.I've been in and around turnkey world for 7 years now and I've not heard of one of those companies.

He was just a soft, swishy mass of pure, vulnerable underbelly.

Took some research but I found some "state" vulnerabilities (not title related) that put everything solidly in my court.

The Real Interesting Part of the Future:The average Tech lifespan is 3-5 years before you either need to revamp or go down in flames.

I also tried the 'go with listing broker' strategy but I was vulnerable because I didn't fully understand comps, the process, etc - and didn't know what to offer and they weren't 'on my side' and couldn't be for obvious reasons.
