These days, ads have expanded dramatically and can occupy a significant amount of “eye real estate.”

I know it will not be 100% accurate, but I want to be able to have a range in terms of prices for renovations, just from eyeing the property myself.

Have contractors coordinate directly with tenant on repairs and do a few trips a year to catch all the loose ends.
