So the biggerpockets support staff got back to me and said they're working on it (this was Dec. 4) but I haven't heard back from them and just checked and it still doesn't have that functionality.I've just advised them that I've had to cancel my regular monthly meetup because I couldn't use their event scheduler. 

So let me say this, the company that created the 401k was amazing and their staff is amazing.

This saves me and staff time from driving multiple times to properties, it prevents wasting time in the event of a no-show, and I found it creates a sense of urgency in potential tenants as when they come they see other folks looking at the unit. 

Flipping needs a good knowledge, fast & hard working ground staff & hopefully you can have an experienced  partner that can supervise on ground.

She also has things like full time maintenance staff that make rehab ultra cheap for me.

We have a fabulous maintenance staff and any issues will be addressed promptly.

The reason I mention APS is because these are disabled seniors who are at risk of becoming homeless and APS staff can certainly point you in the right direction.

This is not to say that some smaller companies won't have these things in place but more often than not the larger company will have dedicated staff members that can assist with business planning, accountability, coaching, social media and more than likely a broker in charge who does not sell but is there to manage the agents and the office.Keller Williams has some great programs worth looking into.
