I have seen companies like “Sturdy Build” whom I consider to be an A to Z service that is premium.

To say I am shocked is an understatement.Finally, when I sought out their tax strategy services, I specifically asked in the informational meeting if I wasn't acting a little prematurely, and if I should wait for my partner and I to be married in 2024 before making this investment, i.e. if tax strategizing would pay for itself in 2023 via significant tax refunds.

You cannot deduct your rehab costs until the property is in service. 

Keep in mind, everyone needs a place to live in landlords provide a service of providing those places and keeping them in good shape, updating it, etc.  

I’ve helped several clients in similar situations find their first vacation properties here in Florida, and the Panhandle is fantastic for beginners because of its year-round tourism and robust support networks (property managers, cleaning services, etc.).

I've heard nothing but complaints from customers AND their franchise agents reegarding the quality of their 800-number service center. 

I have read I will need to use a third party service to make this happen.  

Also a lot of services were very cheap compared to what I was used to  I would buy there again in a heart beat.

As for serviceability, I personally prefer kohler as a plumber.

You can often get better rates with a national lender, but the customer service is non-existent, communication probably sucks, they may ask for the same documents multiple times, etc.
