I own a house on Atlanta that just turned vacant and I cannot keep the prostitutes and homeless from breaking in.  

There is also HUD McKinney Vento that is directed towards homeless individuals (which you could always do a set aside in a Multifamily if you don’t want to do 100% homeless).We always stuck to 11 units or under because 12 units would trigger Davis Bacon (prevailing wage) which would increase the cost of construction by about 30% and thereby make the development not feasible.

The idea is that you're being thanked for your service by the generous taxpayers of the nation who can't have you limping around homeless making them feel bad about not supporting the troops.

I  like people who are home less but not when they have pets.

My other issue is the homeless and the obvious things that come along with that.

My ultimate goal is to start a real estate development company where the focus will be on developing state of the art shelters (mini hotels) for homeless families.

Maybe, people will go visit them in the homeless shelter and they can get advice on how to gain wealthI love the part about the dream stealers.

However, I feel that the buzz I am seeing out of people is much more than that.)I feel bad talking negative about a homeless lady and her son living in a car, but then again can we believe anything we see?
