What would you do in my shoes  If you are talking about $90k profit before transfers in Cumberland...without question id sell it instead of holding it. 

This also only works for cash buyers willing to buy and hold. 

I'm an active duty military member and our family has been moving around the country for the past 20 years so we're excited to begin buying some places we can hold onto.

They tell you at the Thursday meeting that its $500 to hold you a seat and $900 for VIP for the 3 days course. and they tell you thats all you have to pay when its not.

As for buy and hold, getting your foot in the door with a house hack is almost always what I recommend. 

But yes long term I am interested in buy and hold single and multifamily.
