Jonathan Greene, is so correct about being more interested, than interesting!

Have not - I'm pretty green as to what would be a good funnel business that naturally aligns? 

Any advise is appreciated This post is a couple of years old...how have you been doing with this cash cow.What a desirable lakefront (almost) location, it looks like a Deer Hunters paradise.

Better locations = better tenants (assuming your PM company screens properly, I always want first right to green light applications until my PM understands with crystal clarity on what type of tenant I want.)
