Hey everyone, I just finished developing a detailed guide on how to read and dispute appraisal reports effectively, and honestly, I’m amazed at how often small errors can significantly undervalue a property.

Is my out of box thinking not make sense and be a waste of everyone's time?

A good deal is different to everyone.

I could see a requirement, perhaps under the Patriot Act, that requires all landlords to get a SSN/TIN from everyone living in a unit and report that (or lack of) to the federal government.
