I like their audio even better, because they both have amazing enthusiasm in their delivery. 

This was a period of intense speculative enthusiasm — for houses and for financial instruments based on mortgages as investments — and it was also a time of great regulatory complacency.

If you can consistently show strong work ethic, enthusiasm, curiosity,  humility and perseverance, people will naturally gravitate to you and as a result a mentor will likely fall into your lap.

While I can appreciate Grant Cardones enthusiasm, I feel there is a tone to his materials (and many others like Gary V) that leaves people feeling less than good about themselves at their current position in life and looking down on those who don't share their motivations.

I love you enthusiasm and obvious drive to get going in investing. 

It's also really nice to hear your genuine enthusiasm coming through in your posts.
