My Realtor friend sent it to his list and got the same result.In a "last-ditch" effort I was able to convince the "not so happy" seller's daughter that we should list it on the MLS.

We have literally sold a property because we couldn’t stop rats from getting into the garage… it was causing turnover, and we were sick of the calls… we ditched the property… and tripled our money at the same time from what we paid for it 2 years earlier!!
