I contacted an Attorney and they said no court would evict elderly people during the coronavirus and we have to "work with them" to get them out.

From my understanding, they do not have workers taking calls during this corona virus issue.The ideal case would be to talk to a representative about moving the payment from one account(S-Corp) to another account(individual).If they mention it is too difficult to do so, you may need to request a refund when you file your S-corp return.
