Chicago-based investor - looking to work with Vegas realtor

Hi all - hope everyone is staying safe.

I'm an investor based in the Chicago area and I have been interested in the Las Vegas market for a while.  I only have a cursory understanding of the Vegas market whereas I have a pretty deep understanding of my local Chicago market.

Am looking to network with realtors based in Vegas who would be interested in working with out-of-state investors (like me).  Please PM if you're interested in talking.

EDIT: I'm looking for long term buy and hold rentals.  Single family and multifamilies are all fine.  Targeting 7-8%+ cap rates in solid locations.  Not really interested in Airbnb but would consider if there are any great deals.

Thanks!
