The original six month tenant I had extended the lease 9 times and stayed a total of 5 years, paying me about $15k over market rent annually.  

A little over 15 years ago, in the late spring of 2009, I was a brand spanking new real estate agent coming off of a miserably failed real estate investment venture.

I will definitely need help with this one, because it is currently landlocked and will need either a road and crossing over the river, or it will need deeded property access through a 3rd party.

Over the past 15+ years in this business, i have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. 

I’ve owned different residential homes in California, both sold off market and for over asking.

I KNOW I am not up to Accredited.It seems to me to be "backwards" thinking that there is LESS risk to a 'novice' in a FUND since the risk is spread out over many Notes and professionally managed, whereas an Individual Note seems like it would carry WAY more risk, especially picking the 'right one' for your investing goals, budget, etc...? 

My mission beach units were over 95% for the year.  

When they move out and i paint over the spackle repairs it is usually undetectable. 

Then keep doing it over and over again.

The population continues to rise, increasing the demand for housing.
