Did you know Booking.com has 4x the visitors to their site than Airbnb and VRBO COMBINED? 

Seems like a lot of new posters to the site who have recommendations for sites here.

I ask because I've interviewed a number of general contractors over the years for my various real estate projects and am shocked at how the vast majority showed up to the job site to give an estimate in a vehicle that did not display their contractor license number or business name.Aside from this one issue, they'd often have great portfolios, long list of successful permits I could verify they pulled, great references, no complaints on their license, and had been licensed for over a decade.

Is willing to add another person (the gator) to this transition, further complicating it for only $2k - $5k + gator fee.  

I am new to this site and I love it already.   

Furnished Finder has different types of renters but traveling medical professionals is one of the largest tenant types that use the site to find properties

Does anyone know of a site or common place to meet investors and rehabbers to make a deal with.

There are a lot of local real estate investor meetups in Northern NJ that you can find in the events forum here and on other sites.
