They have to go through committees, public comment periods, city council meetings, etc.

You could always call the Travis County planning and zoning committee.  

The hearing committee will make decision but the office said that the police report makes the possibility of fine more likely.

I spoke with the manager on site today & was informed that the hearing committee will have the board fine the neighbor’s landlord/owner of the unit.

The rental application bill was pulled back from the floor yesterday and put back in committee it might be dead.The 60 day notice bill has been held by the chairman and the committee.

Hey @Julio Ramon Diaz - I'd imagine so, just make sure the building's board/committee is ok with you sharing occupancy with anyone that may not be on the application/agreement.

Get the City Council and Mayor to appoint a committee of existing homeowners to be a part of the development planning. 

Now I either accept it or set up a hearing with a committee.
