Central Austin Land for a New RV Park

I am having a tough time finding good lots to purchase for a new RV park.  The cities don't zone for them and the county often does not have a public water supply to the lots.  Any agents out there with a site that may work?

10-25 acres

No RV deed restrictions

Water and power near site

Closer to a city the better.  Nothing too rural.

Up to about $4/SF.

Thanks,

@David Ferrette

Yeah, you'll have to get way out by the Travis County lines to find unrestricted land.  You could always call the Travis County planning and zoning committee.  They will tell you where, if any, unrestricted areas are.

Maybe check the local P&Z in surrounding counties as well.  Williamson, Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, and even Bexar.

Cheers!
