With that not to get to controversial, but as a master of social work and for the most-part being highly skilled and utilizing available resources to their upmost, I would like to look into providing grants for rural housing, business development and agriculture to promote the cannabis and it's supporting markets industry that is sure to develop and continue to thrive as our country and the surrounding countries move to legalize marijuana and it's derived products.

I never push a poor tenant on a landlord unless it is a second chance opportunity in which the landlord works with less than stellar tenants.I've had comparable amounts of tenant issues stemming from both subsidy and private and most of those could've been avoided with screening.

The lease is ending at the end of this month and he has asked to move a different room mate in from the start of April which I dont have an issue with and feel its the least I can do given the fact he stepped up and paid 100% rent without complaining when he could have let it be my headache.Anyway my issue now stems from how do I return the security deposit to the tenant who has gone missing?

Does that mean that I can incur my investment expense of $XX on Day 1, pay for it with regular monies from my Bank Account Z, transfer my HELOC monies of $XX to my Bank Account Z on Day 29 and the interest stemming from the borrowed $XX will be considered as loan interest related to the business and therefore tax deductible?
