Upon further research, it seems that Stockton has pretty high crime rates, rivaling that of Oakland.

They have taken a bad situation and turned it into a skimming machine that only the mafia could rival.

I really enjoyed the class and it was bitter sweet when it came time for me to exit the class and take the test.  

I agree a cell phone camera is crap, an IPHONE does not use a normal cell phone camera :) the camera in the iphone rivals that of a dslr. 

I now have a workshop / tool arsenal that would rival a General Contractors.

I'm not bitter but needless to say I'll not be taking my short sale business to them again.

They say that they are factory built homes, but that they rival any site-built home for aesthetics, and are superior in terms of quality, value and time to construct.

President of my HOA at the time was a pretty bitter woman, so I had to keep stuff pretty factual and remind her that I was totally within bounds of the HOA R&R.

Sometimes, in life, and certainly in Real Estate Investing, it is ok to be the better person, as this lady is acceptably on edge and bitter from all the rather "interesting" neighbours, so I don't blame when she says I will sue.
