My units are all 2 bed and 1 bath.

@Lacey Bediz I owned bed and breakfasts for 25 years which are essentially similar to STRs.

One day my roommate and I helped them move in a tv and in their apartment they had inflatable couches, the tv we were installing, beds, and a tanning bed, that's just about it. 

Find a home that has a basement entrance and has at least 1 bed and 1 bath down there.

Curious if anyone has tried the smaller 20 gallon water heaters? It would allow for more shelving in a small bathroom that has zero shelves.  Rental is a 1 bedroom without laundry.  Think the 20 gallon WH would keep u...
