I remember seeing bath tubs that were simply painted with latex paint to look like they had been refinished properly.. the tenant gets in there use's it big swaths of paint come up..

i have a number for a tile guy that did my bathrooms one time ( very slow work ) but he did a great job for a great price. he did 2 full bathtub time with glass tile assents for $225. hit me up if you want his info.

Nail holes in the trim were filled with caulking, maybe, the drywall texture was as consistent as the weather, apparently there was no more paint on earth, a nice sharp cut tile nosing at a bath tub.

It seems that installing a tub is couple of days work including putting a frame and filling-in with the concrete in side the frame and tiling on the outside.Do you see a value of the bath tub or does it change the appeal of the bathroom to the buyers ?
