I remember seeing bath tubs that were simply painted with latex paint to look like they had been refinished properly.. the tenant gets in there use's it big swaths of paint come up..

It seems that installing a tub is couple of days work including putting a frame and filling-in with the concrete in side the frame and tiling on the outside.Do you see a value of the bath tub or does it change the appeal of the bathroom to the buyers ?
