Her condescending attitude and the fact that it seems as though she is trying to create large issues where there are none have really soured our impression of her and I want her gone. 

Consider this, my SOP for on site staff who show properties for me when they encounter a brutal attitude reads: “give them an application say thanks for coming and tell them to put it in the mailbox when it’s filled out completely”... ie: push an app at them and get them out.

My friends jokingly call me a slumlord too.Slumlord is an attitude.   

When I approach a home as an investor I get completely different attitude from agents.

You can supply all the right equipment & as soon as you turn your back they are ignorant of the repercussions, you can let them, go but it will not change their attitude EVER. 

Well, the best advice was already given, as you are here on BP with a questioning attitude!
