Allot of places have knob and tube along with modern Romex wiring and the knob and tube is still being used to service the house electrical system.

Although rare, in some cases a house may not be connected to sewer yet they receive a sewer bill because they did not connect within the allotted time.

The allotted space is 48" wide and undercounted 35" tall.

It has the same information has the MLS and allot of agents and investors use it to pull comps on a property.

I'm thinking conventional has better rates and these 2 properties will be the first of the "allotment" of conventional we are allowed to have (and that is 4 Fannie Maes, correct?)

seems like something that would just be an oral agreement between tenants, like you mow this week and I will do next, but then what happens when one moves out and the new tenant doesnt have a lawn mower, etc....... in large multi's it just seems simple that its the landlords responsibility, but allot more fuzzy on duplexes, especially ones that are a house split into 2 units so they dont have their own set yard space.
