@Russell Brazil I had an agent in my area last year provide me with a sort of affiliate link to their MIBOR portal when I explained to her my intentions as an investor.

I list my rooms for rent here and then they put the listing on several of their affiliate sites.

We manage about 250 doors and would like to know if it's worth it to become a Ruud dealer (or some such analagous affiliation).
