Can I connect seller and I with title company to have the title company attorneys write up the documentation to ensure accuracy and enforceability? 

You can improve the accuracy (or manipulate it) by editing your home details.

Is anybody going to check for accuracy?

In our real estate business we track contract made per day, appointments set, and how many decision makers gave us a yes or no answer which verifies the accuracy of our contacts.

I've been using profit drive so far to skip trace owners and I've had maybe a 2% contact rate with phone numbers traced and almost all email addresses have come back undeliverable.Is this the norm for in terms of the accuracy that people are getting or does anyone have a better recommendation?

Oof..I wouldn't even begin to know where to start in calculating that with any reasonable accuracy.

As you are clearly an extremely intelligent person who I respect from what you describe of yourself and know you would never do anything you read in a post from someone you don’t know without first verifying the accuracy of the statements or that the same applies to you in your own personal situation, I also have faith that others who are reading my post similarly are as intelligent as you are if not more so, and who definitely more more intelligent than me, and additionally who I respect and would like to learn from.
