for infill I concentrated on Charleston Sc and built about 35 homes in that market. uber competitive for dirt though they are running out of it and the city wont let you tear down homes in many cases because of historic considerations.

Call your city and see if that's large enough, I think you need more like 10-12 ft width and 15 - 20 ft length.

That's because the city won't calculate the actual amount till a structure is built, aka it's not just a plot of land anymore.This will obvious cause your property tax bill to go up and also your mortgage escrow account as well (sometimes these things can make your mortgage shoot up a few hundred a month).
