@Robin Boyer  its why for 95% who try wholesaling its a waste of time money  etc and will be doing something else in another 6 months.. can't for the life of me understand why people think wholesaling is all that.. of course you have those that do well at it.. but they would do well running a used car lot.. owning subway sandwhich shops or anyother business they just have it.

This area of Harlem is right by the top of Central Park, 2 separate subway stops, and is gentrifying rapidly.

Other things like population growth, unemployment statistics, job growth, public transit, avg vacancy rates, transportation options (hwy, subway, buses, trains, airport) and proximity to each of those.

Look for places close to transportation like train and subway stations and close to a commercial corridor. 

For example, I thought the contractor used spacers which were too big for the subway tiles.  

Other stuff like subway tiles have to be hand laid and while cheap, have a high labor cost.

It is not particularly close to the subway, however there are buses that remove the reliance on a vehicle.

Use subway tile in backslash that are pretty generic and cheap In the bathrooms new tile can help, and there are some vanity lines like Fresca that are cheap and really good looking.Good luck with the renovation
