What if someone opened up a park next to his within those same good school areas he mentions in the podcast?

two things I did for being on call less is set up a business line that has a 24/7 receptionist to answer basic questions, send me a message immediately (I can read the issue to decide how fast I move), and also gives the guest that small reassurance that someone will always at least answer.

I plan on getting licenced during some downtime from school just to have it under my belt.

Go to school, go to trade school, go to a library, get a 2nd, 3rd job, there is simply NO excuses.     

I bought won a GND program but since the home was not in the school district it was declined.  

He could get roommates (I'm assuming he's single and going to school).

So someone can just stop paying taxes and create a funding gap for our public schools, firefighters, and county road maintenance and now private investors & Counties are going to bankroll the cost and administrative overhead to sell their property at auction and give them back the net auction proceeds?

The shopping center has several businesses including Kroger,  Goddard School, Truist bank, Ozk Bank to name a few..Any advice how to proceed, whom to contact?

Also, there are many different areas of San Antonio to invest because of the many military bases, hospitals and great schools.
