I can't find anything about people successfully using AI yet.  

It is virtually daily that i see purchases or considered purchases that appear to have no path to success.  

I currently live in San Diego, Ca. but have been looking in the midwest, mainly Iowa, Indiana and Ohio, for properties.Hey Janet, I moved to Columbus a few years ago (from Portland, Oregon which was super expensive) to become a full time real estate investor, and ever since, I've completed quite a lot of BRRRRs, flips, and own a successful rental portfolio here in Columbus Ohio.

That is where I suggest starting as I've had some success.

I have had PMs successfully get large reimbursement including this PM got one last year (but I do not remember which OTA).It is my belief that AirBnb rejects some smaller claims hoping that it is not worth pursuing.  

I am talking in general, especially for investors successful enough to park a few hundred k not leveraged at those returns.
