I have been invited to be a trainer for a few different training companies.

About 5 years ago one of the sellers we bought a multi family from told us about a company that has a lot of landlords like us and we coshare insurance coverage.

Do you recommend making relationship with property management companies?

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

I'll check in if anything new happens. they probably have title insurance and will have the title company handle it and are not going to do any more work until it is resolved. 

@Denise CarringerMy preference is to go local - some community banks offer this type of service or local escrow companies, which is what I found, because they offer a higher level of service than most national.

Just contact a company and rent a spot out for $25,000 for 3 weeks.  

I see Jeff S. responded he is one of the most experienced lenders  PM  lenders who owns his own company here on BP..

Plus, there's huge appreciation potential here since there's so many companies moving/developing here (Intel headquarters, Amazon, FB, Google, Nationwide, and recently Anduril).
