81 units- private insurance? blanket insurance? share insurance?

Hello all. 

We will be almost doubling our portfolio next month (81 doors total). We will be paying nearly $50,000/year in property insurance. Insurance doesn't cover anything anymore and we can almost just pay for all damages with the money we spend on it! 

About 5 years ago one of the sellers we bought a multi family from told us about a company that has a lot of landlords like us and we coshare insurance coverage. I did reach out to them and they emailed me a quote and I can't find it or the company information. Does anyone know what this is called or a company that does this??
