I’ve been a member since November of 2024 and my review of Rent to Retirement was based on my experience purchasing a rental from out of state which went very well compared to other experiences I’ve had to go through.

My goal is to purchase 15 units in the next 5 years, and produce a cash flow of $20k per month within the next 10 years.

Dear BP community, I am currently evaluating a property for purchase, and the listed bedroom/bathroom (s) count does not match with the county records.

The ONLY reasonable deals are:Appliances when purchased if you have a retailer that offers unlimited repairs/replacement for 5 years for 10% of price.

I have programs that require only 10% down for the purchase, and will finance 100% of the rehab.

I've helped a lot of investors in your area, and I find that many of them end up purchasing rentals in the Central Valley for the very reason you mentioned.  

Hey Everyone,As many of you know, Pittsburgh is a unique market with a lot of opportunities in neighborhoods where properties can still be purchased for less than $100K.

If you’re interested in assuming a VA loan, you will be required to purchase the home in your name and have enough cash to cover the seller’s equity in the home.

I then found 3 properties from wholesalers in areas that I invest in regularly and purchased the properties with a hard money loan.
