Tenants have 2 year leases, houses are exceptionally well cared for and in suburbs and I'm still making tremendous profit.

As people get older, like me, snow does not have a tremendous draw potential.

However, the EB-5 (again, with a minimum of $1M can be a tremendous way to go if the capital and business plan are in place.

I guess my suggestion would be to do a tremendous amount of research before you just think a particular area would automatically lend itself to finding an investor or a tenant.

With that being said, I see this Summit as a tremendous opportunity to take my REI education to a whole new level and learn from people I've come to know and trust here on BP.
