Central Mass Newbie Looking for Help

Hi BP!!

I am pretty new to this site and grateful to have found it. The info here has been very helpful and there is plenty of it. I am new to the real estate investing world and I am looking to learn much more before I will feel comfortable venturing out on my own trying to wholesale properties. I am in central Mass and I have been looking for an REI club in my area and cannot find one. All of the ones listed online are no longer active. There are a few that are 40 to 50 miles away. I am hoping to find, thru BP, a local wholesaler/investor who will answer some questions. Without a decent club close by it takes that valuable tool of having likeminded people to learn from off the table. If anyone could help me out it would be very much appreciated.
